Making Holistic Living Easier Across Michigan

As a person who travels extensively, I thank Barb Brower for having the vision and taking the action to develop The Holistic Book directory and website. Because of this directory, I can more easily support my way of living. Whether I am at home in Lansing or on the road, I want quick and reliable information on where I can purchase products and services such as organic foods; natural, high-quality supplements, doctors who practice integrative or alternative medicine; body workers and other healing practitioners; and bookstores, restaurants, and businesses that offer nourishment for my mind, body, and soul.

Michigan has a mobile society, and thousands of us are customers of holistic health services and products. We travel across this state for business and fun, and we want to be able to continue our way of living no matter where we go. The Holistic Book allows us to do that.

I do business in the lower-half of Michigan and vacation in the upper-half of Michigan and the Upper Peninsula. When planning my trips, I attempt to locate like-minded people, businesses, and service providers who can support my wellness needs while I am on the road. That is not always an easy task. I never have trouble finding an advertisement or billboard for malls, car dealerships, fast-food restaurants, and the like. Yet to find those offering holistic health services or products, I sometimes have to engage in serious detective work which is time consuming and can be costly. In some cases, I wonder if they even want to be found. However, I am not dissuaded from supporting my commitment to my own wellness. The Holistic Book allows me to put more time into receiving the services and products I desire rather than trying to locate them.

So holistic health practitioners and businesses, please help me be your customer and list in the The Holistic Book directory and website. Whether you are in Detroit, Grand Rapids, Flint, Tawas, Traverse City, Sault St. Marie, or Copper Harbor, I and thousands of others like me are looking for you.
