Since 1978, I have specialized in Polarity Therapy, etheric healing, and bodywork. I have done Esoteric Healing, Craniosacral, Therapeutic Touch, and Reiki II since the 80’s. I have taught Polarity Therapy at Lansing Community College in the Therapeutic Massage Program since 1992. Other areas of teaching include Polarity 5-element workshops, spiritual healing classes, and off-the-body energy patterns.

Polarity Therapy balances the Life Energy of the human body. The energy field has specific currents and patterns of energy flow including chakras (energy centers), which vitalize the nervous system, endocrine & organ systems, muscles, bones, and connective tissue. The energy flow can become congested and partially blocked due to both internal and external stressors, i.e. physical, mental, emotional, environmental. This blocked energy must be located, stimulated, released, and balanced before changes can occur. Polarity bodywork is based on the 5 elements, 7 major chakras, astrological triads, structural patterns, reflex zones, and electromagnetic currents in the body. Techniques are used to facilitate the release of energy blocks and to stimulate the body’s inherent healing powers: Light, medium, or firm pressure on points, reflexes and specific areas, circular rhythmic pressure, rocking, stretches, joint movement, energy holds and off-the-body balancing. Balancing the energy field helps to restore health. Clients may be clothed, or undressed & draped.

Esoteric Healing is a non-contact healing system that balances the energies of the etheric body, chakras, nervous system, endocrine & organ systems, and positively affects the health of body/mind/Soul. The etheric body is the subtler half of the physical body, an intricate web of energy, light, and spiritual substance. It supports the anatomical and physiological functioning of the entire body. When healthy, the energy field and its chakras are evenly balanced. But energy can become congested, restricted, or partially blocked in the physical, etheric, mental, emotional, or causal fields. On a spiritual level, health is a state of being where one’s personality is in harmony with one’s Soul. Imbalances may indicate where there is a lack of alignment between the Soul, personality, and physical form. Esoteric Healing offers one the opportunity to go within and heal on a deep level. I am in a meditative, concentrative state when facilitating, receiving, and transmitting spiritual energies. When attuning with a client before a session, I request that healing be given according to the Will of the my client’s Soul. Without touching the body, I use the sensitivity of my hands and intuition to scan, assess, clear, and balance the chakras and energy of the organs, glands, and systems, noting areas of restriction, congestion, excess energy, or imbalance in the flow of energy. After a healing session, I share my energetic findings and make suggestions as to how you may assist your own healing process on a conscious level in your daily life. Clients are clothed.
