REFLEXOLOGY - Beginner Basics
This 2 hour class will include the background and history of Reflexology, the techniques used, and how to visually read a person’s feet. You will learn the basic application to begin practicing on yourself and your friends. Great for couples too. Since this class is experiential, please bring clean feet! Everyone is invited.
If you think you may be interested in the certificate course, this would be a good introduction to Reflexology, and an overview of what is involved in the 4 levels of training that will take you step-by-step into application as well as learning how our organs house different emotions. You will learn how to access the suppressed emotions and gently guide your client through the awareness of how we may be contributing to our overall physical health.

Level I Reflexology will take you step-by-step into the application of Reflexology. We will also address physical application, emotional aspect of the organs, and how our thoughts may be contributing to the physical expression of congestion. This is a whole new formate of learning the comprehensive application of body/mind integration through the soles of our feet. This 3-day class will include: background and history, how congestion looks and feels, and visually reading the reflexes. You will receive notebooks with organ placement, specific emotions housed in the organs and space for notations. Also covered will be application of Bach Flower essences, herbs, thoughts, and how our emotions contribute to how we perceive our world. Each level will go deeper into the understanding of how we integrate the body/mind and offer to our clients a valued service.
